New Home Valuation Tool!

I am happy to announce a new tool geared towards all the "sellers" visiting my website.

It is a new home valuation tool.  I still am working on some of the stats that it uses (pool, waterfront, etc)...but have a good range incorporated in it.  The range of: below, average, above...accounts for some of those big features.
