Bobcat Villas is a separate villa neighborhood within the gated Bobcat Trail community in North Port, Florida. It has its own association and maintenance arrangements, distinct from the single-family homes and Fairway Commons.

Owners pay the Bobcat Trail master association assessment, reported at $124 annually, plus separate Bobcat Villas association dues. Villas maintenance, landscaping, insurance responsibilities and restrictions should be verified through the association's current documents. CDD assessments are separate from HOA dues and generally appear on the property tax bill.
Bobcat Trail amenities have included a heated pool, tennis and pickleball facilities, fitness area, library and community center. Verify current access and rules with the associations. The former golf course is not currently operational, and future plans remain subject to change.
